Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (€12.95):

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment

Free Shipping:

  • Available for orders over €50
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.

International Shipping

For international customers outside the EU:

  • Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient
  • These charges are non-refundable if you return your order

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy.

Return Policy Details

  • Return Period: 15 days from the date of receipt
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags and labels attached
  • Return Authorization: Required for all returns (see process below)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and animal safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Opened food products (dry food, canned food, pouches)
  • Anti-parasitic products (flea/tick treatments)
  • Therapeutic food products (Renal Conditions, Light Diet, etc.)
  • Senior cat food and kitten food

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include:
    • Your order number
    • Product(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for return
    • Whether you want a refund or exchange
  2. Receive Authorization: Our team will send you a Return Authorization with shipping instructions
  3. Pack Carefully: Use the original packaging and include all accessories
  4. Ship: Send the package to the address provided in your authorization. We recommend using a trackable service

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective items or our errors)

Exchanges

To exchange an item:

  1. Follow the standard return process
  2. Clearly state in your email that you want an exchange and specify the new product
  3. Once we receive the return, we’ll ship the new item
  4. If the new product has a different price, we’ll adjust the amount with a refund or additional payment

International Returns

For customers outside the EU:

  • Mark « RETURNED GOODS » on the shipping documents to avoid additional customs charges
  • Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable
